# Send a Letter Without a Printer or Stamps: Upload a PDF Print and Mail Company turns a PDF into a posted letter, so you can send mail without owning a printer, envelopes or stamps. Upload your document from your phone or computer, and we print it in Luxembourg, put it in an envelope, add the postage and hand it to POST Luxembourg. ## What we do for you - **Print** your PDF in black & white or colour, single- or double-sided. - **Fold and envelope** it: the smallest suitable envelope is chosen automatically (DL folded twice, C5 folded once, C4 flat), and you can always pick a larger one. - **Print the address on the envelope:** no window envelope, address sticker or extra address page needed. - **Frank it:** postage is included in the price, so you never buy stamps. - **Post it:** we hand it to POST Luxembourg, which delivers in Luxembourg and worldwide, and we email you at each step. ## How to send a letter from your phone or computer 1. Open the [send page](/send) and sign in with email and password, a magic link or Google. 2. Upload your PDF. We check it automatically: A4 page size, 9 mm free margin on every side, page count and colour. 3. If a page is marked in red, click "shrink to fit margins" or upload a corrected file. 4. Enter the recipient address (any country) and, if you like, your own return address. 5. Choose standard or registered mail, colour or black & white, and single- or double-sided printing. 6. Pay the exact price shown, including VAT. Letters paid by 12:00 Luxembourg time on a business day are usually posted the same business day. ## No PDF yet? How to make one without a printer - **Word processor:** Word, Pages, Google Docs and LibreOffice can all export or download a document as PDF. - **Phone:** most phones can save a document or web page as PDF from the share or print menu. - **Paper document:** a scanning app on your phone turns a page into a PDF. - **No document at all:** ask an AI assistant connected to our MCP connector to write the letter. Your file must be a PDF that is not password-protected, with up to 250 pages and 20 MB. Pages that are not A4 are scaled to A4 after we ask you. ## What it costs The price of a letter is the sum of the envelope, paper per sheet, printing per page and postage, plus €6.50 (excl. VAT) if you choose registered mail; 17% Luxembourg VAT applies to the total. Examples including VAT: - 1-page black & white letter within Luxembourg: €1.86 - 3-page colour, double-sided letter to Germany: €3.17 There is no subscription, monthly fee or setup fee. The minimum top-up is CHF 10.00 / €10.00 / £10.00 / US$10.00; you can pay a single letter with a smaller amount for a CHF 0.50 / €0.50 / £0.50 / US$0.50 processing fee, and anything above the letter price stays as credit. See the [pricing page](/pricing). ## Good to know - We send letters and documents only: no parcels, goods or postcards. - We do not use window envelopes or custom paper, and we do not sell stamps separately. - Standard letters have no tracking; registered letters get a tracking number. - You can cancel a letter in your account until production starts, and the full amount goes back to your credit. - If we make a mistake, such as a wrong print or a printed address that differs from what you entered, we reprint and resend free of charge or refund to your credit. We print, fold, put the letter in an envelope, frank it and hand it to POST Luxembourg. ### Can I send a letter from my phone? Yes. Upload a PDF from your phone or computer on the [send page](/send), enter the address and pay; we do the rest. If you have no PDF, you can create one from your phone's share or print menu or with a scanning app. ### Does my letter need an address window layout? No. We print the recipient address directly on the envelope, so the letter can have any layout; it only needs 9 mm free on every side of each A4 page. ### What if my PDF fails the margin check? Pages with problems are shown with red areas on the thumbnails. One click on "shrink to fit margins" scales the pages to fit, or you upload a corrected file. Sending is blocked until every page passes. ### Can I send it as a registered letter? Yes. Registered mail adds €6.50 (excl. VAT) and gives you a POST Luxembourg tracking number, and the recipient signs on delivery.
