# Print and Mail Company

> Print and Mail Company (printandmailcompany.com) prints letters from a PDF in Luxembourg, prints the recipient address directly on the envelope and mails them worldwide through POST Luxembourg. No printer, stamps, subscription or address window needed. Registered mail available. AI assistants can use it through a remote MCP server.

## How it works
1. Upload a PDF (A4, keep 9 mm free on every side — checked automatically, one-click shrink to fit) or let an AI assistant compose the letter.
2. Choose single/double-sided, black & white/colour, envelope (DL, C5, C4) and standard or registered mail.
3. Enter the recipient address; it is printed on the envelope in the destination's postal format.
4. Pay from prepaid credit; letters paid by 12:00 Luxembourg time on business days are usually posted the same day.

## Prices
Every letter is priced as: envelope + paper per sheet + printing per page + POST Luxembourg postage (+€0.05 handling) + optional registered mail, plus 17% Luxembourg VAT on the total (including postage).

Example totals incl. VAT:
- 1 page, black & white, within Luxembourg: €1.86
- 3 pages, colour, double-sided, to Germany: €3.17
- 20 pages, black & white, double-sided, registered, to the USA in C4: €19.74

Payment: prepaid credit by card (Stripe). Minimum top-up €10.00 (or 10 USD/GBP/CHF); smaller top-ups cost a €0.50 processing fee. Unused credit stays in the account. Account currencies EUR, USD, GBP, CHF (ECB rate + 12% margin). Cards issued outside the EEA and UK cards carry a surcharge shown before payment; EEA consumer cards are never surcharged.
