Send Letters with AI: Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor via MCP

Once the connector is added, you can ask in plain language:

• "Write a cancellation letter to my gym and send it registered."
• "Draft an objection to my tax assessment, reference 123/456/789, and show me the price before sending."
• "Send this PDF to my landlord as a registered letter in a C4 envelope."
• "How much does it cost to send a 3-page colour letter to Germany?"
• "Check whether this PDF meets the margin requirements."
• "What is the status of the letter I sent on Monday?"
• "Cancel the letter I just created."

Price quotes, the list of destinations and margin checks work without signing in; writing, uploading and sending letters need an account.

1. The assistant prepares the letter. It writes the text with compose_letter, or adds your PDF with upload_document or create_upload_link.
2. It creates a draft. create_letter returns the exact price including VAT. Nothing is charged at this point.
3. You review and confirm. Check the recipient, options and price, and confirm explicitly.
4. The letter is sent and paid from prepaid credit. send_letter requires your explicit confirmation. If your credit is too low, it returns a top-up link that you pay yourself.
5. We print and post it. You get status emails (Paid → In production → Printed → Posted), and the assistant can check progress with get_letter. Until production starts, cancel_letter cancels the letter and the full amount goes back to your credit.

Agents never pay without your explicit approval, and spending comes from prepaid credit only. The conditions for credit and cancellations are in our terms.

With compose_letter, the assistant writes only the content. We render it as a properly formatted A4 letter that always passes our margin check, so there is no layout work for you.

The recipient address is printed directly on the envelope, and you choose standard or registered mail, colour or black & white, and single- or double-sided printing as usual. Registered letters get a POST Luxembourg tracking number, and the recipient signs on delivery.

• Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; Client ID Metadata Documents and Dynamic Client Registration are supported. API keys work too.
